Only current USD students may reserve these rooms for group study.
*Groups are limited to 2 time slots per day total. Groups may stay beyond their reserved time if no one else has reserved that room at that time.
In order to reserve a room your group must include two or more people for the Conference Room and four or more for the South Group Study Room. The Seminar Room is only available to groups of 15 or more.
The Library reserves the right to cancel any booking that does not meet our group study room policies. Please review these policies at our group study rooms policies web page.
After booking you will receive a confirmation email from the system. Please save/print this email and have available with you during your reserved time slot.
