Discover your next great read by going on a blind date with a banned book!

We’ve hidden the covers, but given you clues as to why the book was banned or challenged (as reported by the American Library Association) to help you choose a “date”.

How it works:

• Choose a book from the display
• Check out the book from the Access Services Desk
  • Current USD students will receive a raffle ticket for a chance to win a USD hoodie! 
• Meet your ”date” by unwrapping it
• Enjoy some time getting to know your “date” (read it!)
• Return it by the due date
• Current USD students can earn an extra raffle ticket by posting a picture of their date to their Instagram stories or feed and tagging @copleyatusd
