Discover how Zotero 7, the latest and most powerful version of Zotero, can transform the way you manage sources and cite while you write. Whether you're just starting your research journey or looking to streamline your academic writing process, this workshop will introduce you to Zotero’s core features and exciting new updates.

Participants will learn how to:

  • Collect and organize sources from databases, websites, and library catalogs.
  • Generate citations and bibliographies in any style with just a few clicks.
  • Use Zotero’s “write-as-you-cite” integration with Word, Google Docs, and LibreOffice to insert citations while writing.
  • Explore Zotero 7’s redesigned interface, including collapsible item panes, customizable headers, and dark mode.
  • Annotate PDFs and EPUBs directly within Zotero’s improved reader.

This session is perfect for anyone new to Zotero or those upgrading from earlier versions and curious about Zotero 7’s enhanced performance, accessibility, and user experience. By the end of the workshop, participants will be equipped to manage their research sources efficiently and cite with confidence using Zotero 7.

What to Bring:
A laptop with Zotero 7 installed (download at zotero.org).
