Copley’s group study and seminar rooms are a community resource where students can work and study together. Using these rooms for individual study is prohibited. Use the reservation calendar below to book a room. Reservations can be made up to two weeks in advance. For assistance accessing the room you have reserved, please visit Copley's Access Services Desk on the ground floor. You must check in within 15 minutes of your reservation start time, otherwise your reservation will be automatically canceled. Click here for our complete room reservation policy. Patrons using these rooms for individual study will be redirected to appropriate individual study spaces throughout the library (first floor map, second floor map). Copley's Presentation Room 125 may be reserved by an individual student or a small group and is intended for virtual presentations, virtual interviews, and virtual meetings only. Patrons using the presentation room for group or individual study will be redirected to appropriate spaces for group and individual study.
